Question:
Head aces! ?
2008-12-21 13:47:11 UTC
I seem to always get headaches now?
it now is the Christmas holidays so im always sleeping very late,
maximum 3 o'clock.
but even when it's school time i seem to sleep at around 11 o'clock
(don't ask why).
Anyway, i doubt the problem of me getting headaches all the time is me sleeping late because before i used to sleep very late and i woke up fine the next morning.
I here that people say that 'your stressed' but it's not, because im not stressed at all.
But, i am ill! I have a cold and a cough and a few days ago my cough was very bad but now its getting better and my cough isn't as bad, but, the most problem is that i have a cold.
I always wake up the next morning with a banging head ace
and even when it gets to the afternoon/evening, for example i go upstairs and straight away i get a head ace, (by the way im not overweight so i don't get head aces because of that!)
my mum says that it's because im ill but im not sure...
some people even say that 'you should get your eyes tested'
but it's not that either i got my eyes tested a few weeks ago and im going back their in another 6 months.
Oh and i always wake up the next morning very uncomfortable even if i do sleep on a good certain time and even if i do sleep well.
Oh and i do take medical things because im very ill.
So anyway, can you tell me why im getting these banging head aces
and help me out with this, im getting it for around/maximum 2 weeks =[
and im 13.

So please help me out!
Thanks! =]

You need a long 12-14 hours of rest for at least 3 days in a row, it sounds like the common cold a bad one, along with insomnia which is causing your headaches.

Go to your local pharmacy and by Advil PM take two at night for 5 days, that will help with your pain and will also help with your insomnia. During the day take Tylenol Cold Head Congestion take two tablets three times a day or every 8 hours no more than 8 tablets a day for 5 days. Also drink a lot of Gatorade and water, and try to relax at night take your meds.

If this doesn't help and you've tried it for 5 days go to your doctor to get something for your sleep/anxiety like Lorazepam, Diazepam, and something for your headache like Tylenol # 3 or Vicodin

Yeah, it is a lack of sleep and a cold mixed. Try and get some rest before christmas, so you don't feel ill for it!

Go to sleep a few hours earlier, it will make a lot of difference to how you feel the next day!

Anyway, it's nothing to worry about and can easily be solved.

If it still continues when your cold has gone and you have reasonable hours of sleep, see your doctor

Sounds like migraine headaches. Could be tension or a lot of other factors. There are migraine medications available. At age 13 your going to have to depend on doctors for advice

while morning affliction is extra worry-free throughout the time of the 1st trimester, issues are worry-free throughout the time of the 2d. regrettably they're basically a factor of being pregnant. attempt taking Tylenol, ingesting water, relaxing. The might desire to pass away.Congratulations and good success!
