NEVER, NEVER just stop taking pain meds without your Doctor"s advice. You have to go off them gradually. Stopping them "cold turkey" is probably causing your problems. Been there, done that. Learned my lesson the hard way. SEE YOUR DOCTOR. Good Luck

Bad to quit cold turkey... withdrawals are much less if you can taper off. If not muscle relaxants will help a lil, or a mild sedative so that you can sleep through the worst of it. Also Tramadol will help if your dr will prescribe ( they usually do since its a non narcotic).

you have to wean yourself off them slowly. Each week a lesser amount. This way you body has an easier time of adjusting and withdrawal shouldn't be so dramatic. You can also contact your physician for advice.

The only thing I can say is to contact a drug rehab place. Yours may be legal, but the withdrawal is the same.
You are one person who can understand how Rush Limbaugh got hooked. (That was his exact problem, for those who don't know.)

Im not sure you want to go cold turkey. I think you need to see a dr asap, explain the situation so they can give you something to take the edge off. Good luck to you.

Just try to stay strong. It will take a little time, but the withdrawls will stop. what ever you do don't take any more!!! You will feel better when you can think straight.
