Why am I in pain? >.

So thrusday morning i was sitting in class and my stomache started to hurt. and i started to get this taste in my mouth that was just...bleh! so i called mom and went home. the next day my stomache still hurt
but i didn't have that taste. so saturday i went dress shopping and i had a sudden urge to use the bath room. sunday i felt fine.

but today in 1st block, i thought i was dying, my stomache was killing me. i had that taste, i felt weak, i thought i was gonna throw up, then i felt like i had to use to the bathroom. then i started to get a fever and now i'm just in tons and tons of pain and i can't sleep because of it.

so can some plz tell me what going on? i'm not constapatied cuz i can go to the bathroom fine...so what esle is it?

If your pain is that severe you should go to the emergency room or contact your doctor immediately. I am not a doctor, however you having severe pain and fever along with a bad taste could be some type of food poisioning of stomach infection. Either way you should go to the doctor ASAP. i have the SAME exact thing right now! IN fact i just posted a question bout it! go to the doctor, thats wat im doi. Ive been having diahrea, stomach aches and today i went shopping too and i felt so weak, but i didnt have that taste in my mouth like you said...maybe we both have the flu, or it could be nerves cuz ive had this problem before and it went away eventually but it also could be apendicitis..not good..My mom told me u have to have surgery to remove somthing..or it could be something else, but u and i will never kno unless we both go to the doctor! good luck ! and wish me luck too! thnx and hope i helped!
