I woke up with this backpain that will shoot randomly through my back, how do I relieve this, besides taking asprin, which I already have?

Take a hot bath/shower, get a massage.

Best go and have someone determine what is causing it! Then you will know how to treat it. Your description leaves a lot of room for conjecture. With nothing being specific.

Try heat and a OTC anti Inflammatory medicine, if it doesn't get better in like a day or so go in!!
