I have terrible headaches almost every day, especially before the rain or during similar weather changes. Do I have any alternative instead of taking a lot of medicaments, for that purpose?

Headaches are associated with eye strain - when your eyes are adjusting to the differences in weather conditions / or bright lights / or computers these stimuli can all cause this.

The best thing I have found is to 'exercise' the eyes by rolling them around - look up look down / to the side etc. Repeat this, maybe use eye drops to help moisturize them and also if you are particularly sensitive to the weather maybe before you go outside dim the lights to give your eyes time to adjust likewise when you come home maybe you would feel better by starting off with some dim lights, then brighten them up. Hope you feel better!

(light exercise everyday), or lie your head on an electric heating pad or put a bag of frozen peas on the back of the neck or forehead (if you dont have an ice pack). lie down in a dark room. change eating habits. thats about all i can think of besides taking medication. medication can cause alot of rebound headaches. ( i have had frequent headaches and migraines for years.) one more thing-try soaking a strip of brown paper bag in brown vinegar and put it across your forehead. it really does work for some people.

Try doing a sinus rinse with 1 cup of warm water and 1/2 tsp of salt. Otherwise, I suggest sudaphed and ibuprofen.

Put a hankerchief into ice cold water and dab over your fore-head and eyes. Repeat a few times. Works a treat.

I always feel better after putting a warming gel on my head ... ALL OVER IT ... Temples ... Forehead ... That little place between your eyes but above your nostrils ... My personal favorite is ICY HOT but Biofreeze works good as well

Dark room, silence and an ice pack usually do it for me when I don't have any medicine.

GO GET A DOCTOR TO CHECK YOUR SINUSES, THEY CAN GIVE YOU SOMETHING SPECIFIC FOR THE CAUSE SO YOU ONLY HAVE TO TAKE ONE THING, NOT A BUNCH OF STUFF.

have your teeth checked out or it could be your sinus.
