Why don't you see an an eye doctor? He or she can tell you what the pain is from and what to do about it. We're not doctors here.

It's possible you're dealing with eye strain - 12-16 hours in front of the computer minimum is a lot. But something more serious might be going on. When I had bad pain in my eye, it turned out I had shingles. Very serious! So please see your doctor.

The pain you are having would raise your bp to where it is which is borderline high. Your neck muscles are tight to cause your pain as they can press into the nerves leaving the spine that go to your eyes to cause that pain. Holding your head still for long periods of time help to tighten up the muscles to cause more pain as well. To get rid of your eye pain you have to release your neck muscles to free up the tight ones pressing into the nerves leaving the spine and here's how to do that release:

Neck:

Place your hands behind your head so your fingers meet in the middle of your neck. Press into the neck with a moderate pressure and hold. After 45 seconds slowly lower your head as far as you can, then remove the pressure from the muscles but continue holding your head down for another 30 seconds.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

If you have had your blood pressure taken and it is 130/100, then I suppose it is correct.
