fill the bath with cold water and add vinegar, then get in and lay back. This will remove the pain.
There are numerous topical skin products that are sold over-the-counter to relieve the pain of a sunburn. Many popular products contain aloe, aloe with Lidocane (RiteAid), or vitamin E.

Take it from me, I am a strawberry blonde...very fair complexion.. and have had many a good sunburn.. Believe it or not Vinegar takes the pain out.. I learnt that in Mexico 25 years ago, and I have been pain free ever since.. take a soft face cloth and soak in vinegar and then dab the affected area.. it works well and fast. And for heavens sake.. Sunscreen in the future.

3 important things. You need to keep hydrated by drinking lots of fluids, take ibuprofen at least once a day to prevent futher inflamation of the sunburned skin and apply lotion at least twice a day.

Use aloe with Lidocane (you can find it at any drugstore) for the pain and take ibuprofen (you can safely take 800mil at a time, that's 4 200mil tabs) If it's blistered badly, go see the doctor so they can give you antibiotic ointment to prevent infection

Aloe Vera will help soothe sunburn. If there's anyway you can use pure aloe vera gel, that's the best, but anything containing aloe will help! Ouch! :(

put washcloths, soaked in strong brewed black tea, on the worst spots, and apply aloe vera all over. and take a fever reducer, it will help kill the burn. ttfn, Matt

My mom used to put Aqua Velva on us and we'd lay on sheets w/t a cool fan blowing on us.
