Usually, I get headaches every so often as a side effect of my lazy eye, but most recently (Tuesday) have I had an odd occurrence during this headache. It only causes pain when my head is positioned downwards, and once I bring my head upright, the pain goes away. To add on to this, the pain is only on the right side of my head, in the area of the top of my forehead. I understand that it may just be a sinus headache etc. but I just wanted to be sure as I do have somewhat of an elevated blood pressure for my age (Which is 14)

Thanks for any help possible :D

Sounds like a migraine except they usually just hurt all the time and get worse when your head is down. Migraines can be extremely localized in area. I usually only ever get them on about a quarter of my head at a time, although sometimes they are so localized I can literally point to where it hurts. Where you described the pain is where I get them. If it is a migraine, it is caused by blood vessels swelling. Try some ice on that spot to get the swelling down. Rubbing your legs/feet will also help pull blood away from your head
