Hey for the past couple months I have been getting tingling sensations in my lower legs. Now it has spread to my upper arms. It feels kind of like when your leg falls asleep. Its annoying. When I sit down or lay down it starts but when I am standing up it doesnt bother me. Also I get cold really really easily. What the heck is going on with me?

As the others said....see a doctor. The symptoms in your legs sound like RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome - which can sometimes present symptoms in the arms). Getting cold easily could mean nothing or a list of things (like hypothyroidism). At any rate, we can all guess, but only a qualified physician can really answer. Good luck.

the one symptom may not be related to the other.. for one thing catching cold often means your defense system is down.. it may be an indication that some else is going on.. poor nutrition or other condition more serious.. don't wait too long before going to see a physician, and run some blood tests (including for thyroid, and hepatitis --don't mean to freak you, just look into it. these can be treated relatively easily at early stages)

It sounds like you have worms.

No, not really. I was just trying to spook you.

It's probably from sitting too long and cutting off the circulation to your legs.

And then if you are typing on the computer the whole time with your arms extended, you are probably doing the same thing to your arms.

Or it could be worms.

Probably impending death or perhaps something less serious. Even a doctor couldn't be sure without an exam. Go see a physician seriously. It could mean your life.

Poor circulation can cause this. See a doctor immediately. You could have arterial blockages happening.
