About 3/ nights ago I woke with this pain in my right side, under my bread area, that went around into my back, it dulled. Then would come back stronger. Two nights ago I awake with a burning pain in-between my shoulder blades ot pushes through to my chest, feeling heavy, again this pain as the side one dulls but comes back stronger.h pain killers don't seem to be workin, hand yesterday afternoon the chest pain seems to go into my throat. For the last month or so when I've swallowed I've felt like there was a lump at the back of my throat, it comes and goes, but this time everytime I swallow or breath in deep my chest between my breast (windpipe area etc) is painful, feels like a lump or pressure is applied.

Ive had my gallbladder removed during which caused my bile duct to be damaged so I often bring up acid/bile I'm not being sick this time just really feeling it, I also suffer with reflux, but again these symptoms (the back chest, throat pain are new. I'm using hot water bottles which help a little but pain killers don't ive noticed the pains coming more frequently now and more intense, any advice is welcome

Time to see a physicians for an actual diagnosis. It certainly sounds gallbladder related. Don't let it go on too long.

Your bread area? I'm afraid I didn't ever come across that whilst learning anatomy.

Since we're guessing from WebMD, my dollar is on colon cancer.
