try the following:

Headache cures and massage

There are also four other headache cures available that do not involve using medications and these include eyes area massage, eyes to nose massage, neck massage and scalp massage. each of these four methods of headache cure are natural and once they have been tried, the person should take deep breaths, lift their shoulders towards the ears for five to ten seconds to ease the pain and then drop them back to the normal position.

Cure / get rid of headache without pills

* Tip your head slowly to the sides and stretch out the muscles of the neck.

* To massage the aching spots works temporarily if you also at the same time try to figure out where you got to relax in order to get rid of the pain more permanently.

* Exercise. The human body needs physical work. Nothing is better against physical tension than running uphill a ski-slope for instance. Painful in the beginning but a pleasure after a while when you realize that you can make it - and to be able to run up a ski-slope is self-esteem and prestige everywhere.

* Drink enough water - but not too much. Headache is also often a result of dehydration, but also the opposite, that some nowadays drink too much water and thus dilute the nutrient fluids in the body causing abstinence of sorts.

Home remedies to cure headache

acupressure: reduce headache pain by squeezing the web of skin between the thumb and pointer finger as hard as you can; or use both thumbs and apply pressure under the bony ridges at the back of the head

meditate: imagine the pain flowing out of your head; you may combine this with the deep breathing exercise

Use an ointment with heat(for example Ben-Gay or Icy Hot) and rub it on your forehead or base of your neck, wherever it hurts. It will burn slightly and give a warm feeling to your head

Listen to relaxing music while you lie down

Although not medically proven, you can try the following:

B6 or B complex vitamins can prevent headaches or lessen their severity

Two tablespoons brewer's yeast can cure headaches

1200 milligrams of lecithin capsules daily can prevent migraines(cleck with physician before using)

Peppermint Tea can calm you and ease the pain

Since hot weather headaches are usually caused by a combination of dehydration, nutrient deficiency, and in some cases allergies, The best way to stop these headaches is to combat the causes.

Drinking lots of water is the best way to keep hydrated, but it will accelerate the loss of vital electrolytes from your system, and can actually lead to water toxicity. To begin, drink cold fluids. The colder the fluids, the further your body temperature drops, and the more your blood vessels contract. Doing so will stop you from sweating excessively, because your body will have less of a need to cool itself, and thus will slow down loss of electrolytes.

Water alone will not stop nutrient loss if you spend a lot of time in the heat. If you are outside for more than an hour, or get headaches quickly, you should switch to an electrolyte boosting drink like Gatorade or Propel. These will still keep you hydrated, but will replenish your electrolyte balance, and keep you functioning better. These often come fortified with vitamins, which can also help reduce headaches, but as long as you keep your electrolytes balanced, you will experience fewer headaches.

There are no fruits that will slow down your headaches, but fruits high in vitamin C can actually cause headaches. So, if you are getting a great deal of headaches, reduce your vitamin C intake, and avoid processed fruit juices, particularly Orange Juice from concentrate.

Again, the most likely culprit of your headaches is a combination of dehydration and electrolyte loss. If sports drinks do not do the trick, and you are still getting headaches, or if your headaches are accompanied by vomiting, dizziness, disorientation, brownouts or blackouts, you are suffering from heat exhaustion or even a mild heat stroke. IF that is the case, you MUST reduce the amount of time you spend in the heat, and make sure that you carry plenty of cold water, because these conditions can be life threatening, and these symptoms are a sign that you are overdoing it.

If all else fails, have your doctor check you for allergies. Spending a great deal of time outside can expose you to pollen and all types of allergens.

Personally I suffer from two types of headaches. Sinus headaches and migraines. I think if you had migraines you would know about it. It's very specific, and most of the time connected with nausea and photo sensitivity. If you have sinus headaches, you would feel building up preassure in your sinus (forhead, temples, around nose) increasing when you bend forward. At some point i suffered from sinus headaches for 3 weeks. There are painkillers aimed at tackling sinus (and they work for me) so it's ok. For migraines, i prefer canabis. It's also posible you are dehydrated.

Music allows you to eat more. According to a report by the journal Psychology and also Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage one to take time over your mealtime, so you consume more food. So, switch off – silence can make you more aware of what you’re setting up your mouth.
