Question:
Random leg issues, no visual issue?

Ok, above the knee on my left leg I've been having some strange issues. No swelling really or anything like that, nothing visual. It goes numb in one area in particular but it also randomly starts burning, stinging, aching, or goes cold. My hip hurts sometimes too but it primarily stays in that one area above my knee. The doctor said it was a sensaratory disfunction but I don't trust the doctors here. It happens randomly, if I sit too long or walk too long that tends to make it come along. It feels weird to touch my leg in that one spot, it feels kind of dead in a way, I can feel it but not really well. It's like halfway numb all the time now.

Excuse my misspells, it's late and I'm too lazy to really care enough to fix them.

I think your doctor may be right, you could also have a pinched nerve....I have disc problems in my back, and I get kind of a burning, numbing sensation in my legs and feet, The numb and weird to touch and burning feeling really sounds like something to do with the nerve endings.

You did good to follow your instincts, I don't think that is what it is either. I think you have tight muscles in your lower back that are pressing against the nerves going to your legs and hips to cause those pains and problems in those areas. To get rid of this pain you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that:

Back:

(do from a sitting position)

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.

For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

There are some uncomplicated proportions to horse conformation. The length from poll to wither = the size from wither to point of hip = the size from component of hip to point of buttock. The length from wither to backside of the barrel = the size of the leg from backside of the barrel to the floor (measured in a without postpone line from the wither to the floor) the appropriate line of the returned (wither to hip) must be a million/2 the lenth of the final analysis (the backside of the barrel, from elbow to stifle). The neck must be longer on the appropriate then on the backside. The face must be shorter than the two. The cannons must be shorter than the forearms/gaskins. The hocks and knees must be point with one yet another, as ought to all the ankles and hooves. often, I used to appeal to 2 circles for the physique, area by making use of area, only touching. those are the forequarter and hindquarter sections. you may then connect those with an undemanding line for the returned and abdomen. Then, I place the top, taking into consideration that it would be spaced as above. I draw a circle for the cheek bone, and a circle for the muzzle, then connect them with trouble-free traces for the face and jaw. Then I draw a severe-high quality neck from the cheek circle to the forequarter circle. be sure what place you like the legs in, and draw small circles for the knees/hocks and ankles. Draw little triangles for the hooves. Then connect all of them in, remembering that the pony has a joint on the stifle; he would not go without postpone from the hip to the hock. i'm hoping this helps... it truly is plenty much less confusing to tutor than to tell!! :)
