What can I do to ease the pain?

Advil and ice the joints that hurt. My son went through that real bad, he would grow sometimes an inch in a week.

Wrap a warm blanket or towel around the leg that hurts .... the heat will ease the pain a little. Also, advil or Tylenol should help

If you are in pain, see the doctor, dear.........This way you will know if it is just growing pains or the flu or something else.........
